Consult is proud to celebrate the group's achievement of Great Place to Work® Certification as part of Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS).

The accreditation recognises every business within the CRS family, including Consult, Carrot Recruitment, Compass Associates, MedExec, Compass Carter Osborne and the central group functions. Awarded entirely on confidential employee feedback, the certification provides an independent benchmark of workplace culture and the overall employee experience.

Achieving Great Place to Work® Certification for the first time marks an important milestone for Consult and the wider group. It reflects our ambition not only to be recognised as trusted recruitment specialists within our markets, but also as an employer where talented people choose to join, develop and build rewarding careers.

The survey results highlight the strength of the culture across the business. Overall, 92% of colleagues agreed that CRS is a great place to work, with particularly strong scores across inclusion, belonging, leadership, customer service and team spirit. Additionally, 98% of employees said they felt welcomed when they joined the business, while 93% are proud to tell others they work here, demonstrating the strong sense of community and engagement across every brand.

One of the most encouraging findings centred around customer service. Across Consult and the wider CRS group, delivering exceptional experiences for clients and candidates remains at the heart of everything we do. It was therefore particularly rewarding to see that 97% of colleagues believe our customers would describe the service we provide as excellent.

The feedback also highlighted the enjoyable and supportive culture that exists across the business, with 93% of colleagues describing Consult as a fun place to work. Beyond the survey scores, employees spoke about "a great community of people that really focus on developing the team and care," while many praised the supportive culture that exists across every brand. Comments like these reflect the environment we've worked hard to build and continue to strengthen as the business grows.

Overall, the findings demonstrate high levels of employee engagement, inclusion and advocacy, alongside strong collaboration, leadership and team spirit. They also reinforce a shared commitment across every CRS brand to delivering exceptional experiences for clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
