This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join a dynamic team in Italy. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Country Manager to implement the commercial strategy, ensuring both revenue and profitability goals are met.
  • Dedicating 50% of your time to mentoring and coaching the sales team, fostering their skills and expertise.
  • Establishing sales objectives for assigned regions, develop annual sales quotas, and forecast sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Leading the implementation of a Sales Force Effectiveness program, improving sales reporting structure and financial reporting formats to provide insightful data analysis.
  • Conducting strategic account reviews to uncover potential for growth and market expansion.

About You

  • A seasoned sales leader with a minimum of 5+ years of success managing teams within the molecular diagnostics field.
  • Proven experience in launching and commercialising a broad portfolio of products.
  • Strong business development skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (40-50% of the time).
