The International Dental Show (IDS) Cologne is the leading global trade fair for the dental industry. It takes place once every two years and sets the pace for all related sectors. The 40th IDS was held in Cologne, Germany from March 13-18, 2023. The event attracted over 23,000 trade visitors from 144 countries, and featured over 830 exhibiting companies from 59 countries.
Showcasing the latest innovations in dental technology. This year, there was a strong focus on digital dentistry, with many companies showcasing new software, hardware, and materials for digital workflows. There was also a lot of interest in new technologies for minimally invasive dentistry, as well as new products and treatments for oral health care.
In addition to the trade show, the IDS also featured a number of educational events, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations. These events provided attendees with the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in dental care and to network with other professionals in the field.
