Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture sales opportunities, expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage key customer relationships and serve as Account Manager for crucial segments.
  • Devise and execute a comprehensive business plan targeting the Hearing and Balance market.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to align with company targets and strategies.

About You

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with various stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
