Scope

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy: Implement and optimize sales plans for key accounts like DSOs, group practices and distributors within the Prevention & Care segment.
  • Drive growth and expansion: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, expand existing partnerships and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.
  • Champion Prevention & Care solutions: Secure product listings with key accounts, ensure product availability and drive market share growth.
  • Be a strategic thinker: Craft annual and target agreements, negotiate sales incentives, conduct market analyses and forecasts to inform growth strategies.
  • Shape the future of dental care: Lead the way in introducing innovative Prevention & Care solutions and contribute to category concept development.

About You

  • Proven sales experience and track record of success: Demonstrably exceed targets and possess a knack for closing deals.
  • Deep understanding of the dental landscape: Extensive experience and network within DSOs, dental wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Sharp market knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of market trends, competition, and key players.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills: Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Motivated and proactive: Thrive in an independent and self-driven environment, demonstrating initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Analytics and numbers savvy: Excel at analysing data, forecasting trends and developing data-driven strategies.
  • Compelling communication: Confidently present, persuasively negotiate and effectively articulate your ideas
