Scope

Our client, a leading global company with over 50 years of experience in dentistry, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Manager to cover Scotland. They have established a strong reputation for manufacturing and supplying top-of-the-line dental equipment and materials, with their expansive product portfolio catering to a wide range of dental professionals, including dentists themselves, universities and large corporate groups. They achieve this broad reach by working closely with their network of established dealers who act as the middle ground between their innovative products and the end users so the ability to build relationships is key in this position!

Responsibilities

  • Sell and technically detail a wide range of dental products to dentists, universities and corporate groups through established dealer networks.
  • Introduce new material techniques and problem-solve for customers.
  • Support dealer network with orders across Scotland.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider UKI team to achieve both individual and company targets.
  • Utilize a CRM reporting system and meet established sales targets and deadlines.

About You

  • Dental sales experience a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Holds a full clean driving licence.
